Can I buy passes at the venue?
No, you need to get your passes in advance to ensure your slot at the auditorium. We dont plan to distribute passes at the venue
How long is the concert? Can I Cancel or Transfer the pass?
The concert is for around 4 hrs. Once booked, the passes are non-transferable and not refundable too!
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the event starts to ensure a smooth entry and comfortable seating. Its First Come First Serve - Earlier you come, better the seat you get
Will I receive a physical pass or do I need to print the digital pass?
Once you book, you will get a Whatsapp Message along with the details of your booking, soft copy of the pass & a link to Whatsapp Community. This message is enough to be shown at the entrance on the day of event
Once you receive the message, please click the link and join the Whastapp Community, as updates about the events are given there on regular basis
