Cancellation & Refund Policy

Learn2LearnMusic Private Limited (“Company”) maintains a transparent and fair cancellation and refund policy for its services, including classes, memberships, and other offerings.
1. Classes (Courses / Training Programs)
- Refund requests will be considered only if raised within 7 (seven) days from the date of payment or the date of the first class, whichever is later, subject to the condition below.
- The first class must be attended within 7 (seven) days from the date of payment.
- If the first class is not attended within 7 days of payment, the refund eligibility period shall be calculated only from the date of payment.
- No refund requests shall be entertained beyond this period.
- Once services have been availed beyond the eligible period, the enrollment shall be deemed confirmed and non-refundable.
2. Memberships
- Refund requests for memberships will be accepted only if raised within 7 (seven) days from the date of enrollment.
- After 7 days, memberships shall be non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Other Services (Events, Workshops, Digital Offerings, etc.)
- Refund requests for any other services shall be considered only if raised within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase/enrollment.
- No refunds shall be processed beyond this period.
4. General Terms
- All refund requests must be submitted through the Company’s official customer support channels.
- Approval of refunds shall be at the sole discretion of the Company after due verification.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 working days to the original mode of payment.
- If the service has been substantially consumed or delivered, the Company reserves the right to decline refund requests
5. Exceptions
- In case of verified service deficiencies, technical issues, or other genuine concerns, the Company may, at its discretion, provide a refund, credit, or alternative resolution
